{Weightloss Monday + Fit Inspiration tips and tricks}

Happy Monday everyone! Is everyone excited for the beginning of a new week? I am so pumped to lose a lot of weight and replace it with muscle! This week is going to be epic, I just know it. This last week I focused on working out harder and longer each time and adding strength training exercises to my routine. I may not have lost weight, but I can see a difference in my toning (mainly my thighs). I ate very good this last week I have posted my most likely meals I ate this last week.

M. Walk to park {2 miles} + Fab Abs
T. Nada

TH. 3 mile run + fab abs +15m. Strength train
F. 3 mile run + fab abs +15m. Strength train
S. 35m. on elliptical 796 + fab abs + 15m. Strength train
S. 2 mile walk + 45m. on elliptical {-896} + 4.5hr. of other exercise

                      Starting weight: 228
                     Current Weight: 165.5
                    Total weight loss: 62.5
