Happy Monday everyone! Is everyone excited for the beginning of a new week? I am so pumped to lose a lot of weight and replace it with muscle! This week is going to be epic, I just know it. This last week I focused on working out harder and longer each time and adding strength training exercises to my routine. I may not have lost weight, but I can see a difference in my toning (mainly my thighs). I ate very good this last week I have posted my most likely meals I ate this last week.
